We would like to say how professional Jay is when he comes to our home. He is polite and even though Starr our dog barks at him he stays calm and she finally settles down. He is courteous and always asking us how we are. We are glad you have Jay working for you. If we need to show him or ask him something he always answers us in terms we can understand. He is never late always on time when he says he is coming. Jay is a great worker hope you keep him around.
