I need to share with you that the Truly Nolen Team that services the Orlando Siemens Energy account are extraordinary employees that “Truly” go the extra mile in pest control and customer service. As you know we had a round with a pest in the building and your team provided continuous service day & night until the issue was resolved. This was problem situation and could have had some negative repercussions but the Truly Nolen Team focused on the problem and prevented any further incidents. I am very pleased with the team’s efforts and the teamwork displayed by the entire Truly Nolen Team to include you Chris for taking the time to personally meet with me to investigate the problem with us.
