We had a service call placed and Russell H. showed up to perform your services. I first noticed how neat and clean his appearance was, greeted me with a smile and had a very friendly manner. I was home alone but had such a good feeling in his presence. Russell is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, cooperative, patient and polite. He performed his service as if he was treating his own home. He did an outstanding job and I just wanted you to know that Russell is the reason I would recommend your company (which my daughter has done to our neighbor)and want to express my gratitude for his standard of excellence. They came out to get the mice in November, but my most recent appointment was for a follow up. They were very prompt. They called ahead and showed up when they would. They were very reassuring with me that they would get everything taken care of. I would highly recommend them.
