This company does a great job in communicating appointments since we only see then every quarter. They sent a reminder via snail mail 1 week before the appointment and then called to confirm the day before. They arrived on time and performed their "Spring" pest control service very quickly. They were efficient and yet friendly and made sure I approved anything they did. They asked about any issues and made sure all my questions were answered.
After using a company that didn't show up for appointments, it is great to have a service that arrives on time and is quickly completed.

They told me I had drywood termite and needed to tent my home for $1,720. Upon a complete inspection from Mike Willey of your company he was baffled at how a reputed company could 'mistake' cricket leavings for drywood termite.
