Truly
Nolen offers our employees superior training. No experience
is required. New employee training is fully paid with
training pay starting at $10.00/hr. At Truly Nolen,
we believe that investing in the future of our employees
is the key to ensuring future success. Our training
systems are unsurpassed and provide a solid foundation
from which our employees can grow professionally and
personally.
Truly Nolen has two training facilities: Truly University
in Orlando, Florida and the Truly Nolen Employee
Development Center in Phoenix, Arizona. These facilities
are dedicated to providing state of the art training
for all new and existing Truly Nolen employees.
Truly University is the home of our premier branch
management training center for all facets of employment
with Truly Nolen.
Our programs give candidates the opportunity to receive
"hands-on" training in a mock branch setting. Employees
work through management scenarios in addition to
learning and experiencing every role in a branch,
including sales, service, and branch administration.
Through use of role-playing and accessing mock
computer files, employees are given the training
they will need to succeed.
Our
interactive lessons are held in a fully functioning
pest laboratory, a complete pest-ridden home, a lawn
ornamental area and a fully functioning commercial
kitchen. These facilities provide hands-on training
and live demonstrations that enhance our employees'
learning experience.
Cut-aways within the walls of the home provide technicians
with real life pest behavior and a means of seeing
the effectiveness of Truly Nolen's Four Seasons Protection Plan at work. Outside there is a slab
for the training on the elimination of Subterranean
Termites, regardless of what type of slab the house
is constructed upon. After completion of this
training, the technicians feel confident that they
will be able to successfully handle most of their
customers' problems and concerns. Technicians have
a customer base assigned to them. At Truly U they
learn how easily they can supplement their income
by selling the occasional new customer or a new service
to an existing customer.
The Employee Development Center in Phoenix houses
our Training Center and Human Resources Department.
The facility focuses on education including new employee
orientation, advanced technical classes, initial
license review, and leadership as well as management
training.
